Match Report Press Report

Trojans 2 Lost to Winchester 3 in a one-sided match.

With the home team having higher Gradings in 3 of the strings, the match was always going to be in their favour. The away team proved the statisticians wrong though by clinching a great win.

On paper, the number 4 string should have been the closest, with only 40 ranking points separating the two players before the match. The Away player, , did well therefore to secure the win.

It was the number 2 String which turned out to be the most competitive, with the Players battling out over a total of 70 Points ! Victory finally going to the Away Player, Tom Kirby.

Player of the tie was the Away No. 5 string, , gaining 40 Ranking Points from the match.

Player of the match must be the Away number 5 string, , who over-turned a 114 ranking points disadvantage to record a great win.

If the Home No. 3 player, Chris Archer, had not had to withdraw after 2 game(s) the result could have been closer.
